NLP Action Video: Moving the Unconscious Obstacle in the Way of Motivation
Today Hope and I decided to something cool and different.
We thought you’d enjoying seeing some classic NLP demonstrated. So, we made an “action video” for you.
In this new video, I work as a classic NLP practitioner with Hope, who was struggling with motivation and self-doubt regarding a big goal she set this morning.
Hope announced that she wants to do a bodybuilding competition two weeks from now! However, she immediately began to worry about her motivation and ability to pull it off.
During this short NLP video Hope and I:
• Got clear on her goal (NLP Outcomes)
• Checked personal ecology (Is it really a good idea?)
• Used good questions to narrow down the real problem quickly (Meta Model)
• Noticed how NLP eye accessing cues reveal unconscious obstacles
• Discovered an unconscious memory that directly held Hope back (Submodalities)
• Shifted the structure of that troubling memory (Map Across)
Check it out below and notice the before and after difference.
All in 20 minutes! Best of all, the conversation is natural. Mind you, I had no idea what Hope wanted to work with when we turned on the camera.
So, if you want to see some classic NLP in action and learn how your mind creates obstacles and how to remove them, then watch this cool new video!
Here is your NLP Action Video!
What are the implications of this mini-session with Hope?
There are a couple that are CRITICAL to understand:
1. Your mind is pretty good at creating obstacles to success.
In fact, your mind is INGENIOUS because it can even hide those obstacles from you; buried within your unconscious. If you don’t know how to find them, these obstacles can plague you for the rest of your life.
This is rarely an issue when you have NLP skills. The classic NLP models cut right to the chase, showing you plain as day where to look. In fact, an NLP practitioner can know in minutes what some people never understand in a lifetime.
2. Having the right tools for the job makes all the difference in the world.
The solution is always when you have the right tools. Yet, sometimes the simplest problem in the world is impossible to fix when you don’t have the right tools. If you need to take out a screw, you need a screwdriver. Then, removing the screw is easy.
If you don’t have a screwdriver or have never even heard of one, then you’re stuck. You’ve got a problem that you have no idea how to solve. You might even consider it an unsolvable problem!
And this is what NLP training is all about. Over the course of 12 modules, you’ll discover tools to create the change you and others are seeking.
