Practice Coaching. Be Coached. Build Confidence.
Coaching gets stronger through practice.
Just like athletes and musicians develop through repetition, coaches benefit from real conversations where they can practice their skills, receive coaching themselves, and gain experience working with different people.
Reciprocal peer coaching gives you a practical way to do that while building coaching practice hours.
iNLP Center now partners with Coach Practice Exchange for reciprocal coaching and peer practice.
A Dedicated Peer Coaching Platform for Practice Hours and Growth
Coach Practice Exchange connects coaches with compatible peer coaching partners so they can practice virtually, develop their skills, and build meaningful coaching experience. Members create a profile with information such as coaching background, experience level, time zone, language, and coaching interests, and the platform uses that information to help identify compatible partners.
With Coach Practice Exchange, you can:

- Get matched with compatible coaching partners
- Schedule sessions using your preferred video platform
- Coach and be coached
- Request new partners over time

- Access structured coaching practice exercises
- Practice with coaches across different backgrounds and time zones
Super Quick and Simple to Get Matched

2. Get Matched With a Practice Partner
Request your preferences for a match. Within 48 hours you’ll be connected with another coach who is also looking for reciprocal coaching practice. You and your partner arrange your own meeting times and can meet virtually using the video platform you prefer.
3. Practice, Reflect, and Repeat
Continue practicing with your current partner and request new partners over time. Working with different coaches gives you experience with different communication styles, personalities, goals, and coaching situations. The more you practice, the more opportunity you have to build confidence and strengthen your coaching skills.
Practice With Purpose
Coach Practice Exchange membership also includes access to a library of 80+ downloadable coaching practice exercises.
These exercises are designed to help coaches move beyond unstructured practice and intentionally develop specific coaching skills.
The practice library includes exercises built around the ICF coaching competencies and provides structure for coaching sessions, reflection, and deliberate practice.
