Coach Package Creation Program

The top problems new coaches face are how to get clients and how to feel confident in conducting a coaching session. This program addresses both of these issues.

The purpose of the Coaching Package Creation Program is to teach you how to build a coaching package that meets the specific needs of your client. It has a clear end goal for what your client can expect to learn and explore.

Now, this type of coaching package does not mean that your client will not talk about themselves and what they are experiencing or going through, it will just put their niche needs into a context. This allows them to know, ahead of time, what they can expect to achieve at the end of a specific number of weeks. And of course, you can build in the flexibility to explore off-topic as needed, which in turn, allows for more sessions with you.

By the end of this training, you will have a complete coaching package ready to market to the public. As well, as a coaching session blueprint that you can use during your coaching sessions to keep you on track.

Course Prerequisites

This program is intended for iNLP Center students who are enrolled in our NLP-Integrated Life Coach Training or NLP Combo training. This program requires an understanding of:

  • NLP Information Gathering Techniques and Models
  • NLP Transformation Techniques and Models
  • iNLP Center Universal Coaching Model

Course Enrollment Fee

$699, which includes the online course and unlimited, live weekly workshops.

There is no start or end date. Start when you want and take as much time as you need. Live workshops are on-going and available weekly.

This course also awards 20 ICF Resource Development Credits, upon completion.

Do you know your coaching niche?

In this module, you will identify and understand your coaching niche and breakdown the needs and challenges of your ideal client.

This is important as your coaching package will be structured around the needs of this client.

Once you’ve worked to determine their needs and challenges, you’ll then attend a live workshop to get help on establishing your overall coaching package blueprint.

Designing Your Session

The coaching package you are designing will offer a specific end result. In order to reach that end result, you must have a guidance system so you don’t veer off track.

During this module, we will explore the design of your coaching package sessions. We’ll take a look at how to plan your sessions based on our 5-Phase Universal Coaching Model.

By the end of the module you will have a blue print to follow for one coaching session and understand how to use this system to generate the other sessions in your coaching package.

Testing Your Session

This module is all about testing your session with volunteers to make sure your sessions will provide a great result and the intended outcome.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with your trainer in a live workshop to review your volunteer’s feedback and determine what went wrong and how to improve it.

At this point, you’ll have the opportunity to cycle through the previous module and this one to build out each session of your coaching package until your package is complete.
