Let’s learn more about Lia:

Hope Bundrant: Thank you for choosing iNLP Center for your training! You’ve completed many iNLP Center trainings and continue to attend live sessions and support our community. Please tell our readers which courses you have taken at the iNLP Center.

LiaI have completed the Mental Health Coach Training, Master Life Coach Training, achieving the Professional Certified Coach Designation (PCC) in February 2024 and the Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner training. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in the Life Purpose, Group Coaching, and Weight Loss Course.

Hope Bundrant: How is your success now, and how close is your niche to your initial coaching vision?

Lia: I am very excited to say that I have been blessed with opportunities. I have established a coaching practice where I offer 1-1 coaching, helping professionals and leaders transcend the shackles of fears and reclaim or create a career, leadership role, and life where their desires become their reality within a few months. Additionally, I am very excited to be offering 5 group coaching programs, which range from inner child work, confidence, leadership, career, and life purpose. Moreover, I have been asked to speak at several motivational conferences, the latest being ‘Woman Who Dare to Desire’ in London, England. Finally, I am honored to have recently joined the CoachForward Foundation, helping people in need with a lot of support from Nathan and the team.

Hope Bundrant: What’s your coaching niche?

Lia: My coaching niche is helping professionals overcome fear, confusion, and general ‘stuckness’ in their career, leadership roles, and life to reclaim and create the career, leadership role and life they desire. This is done through 1-1 coaching, group coaching and motivational speaking.

Hope Bundrant: What’s a tip you can give to current students?

Lia: My biggest tip to current students is to get involved by showing up to classes, reading the material carefully, and practicing, practicing, practicing. I recommend attending classes, asking questions, and seeking help when you need it. Each and every one of the people in Hope’s team has a lot of knowledge and experience and has helped me at some time or another with my limiting beliefs, ‘stuckness’, and confusion. They are priceless. Additionally, get your coaching buddies early for two reasons: 1. start practicing your coaching skills, and 2. get coached through anything that comes up. This is a game-changer. Finally, there will be days when you feel like giving up or thoughts that you will never be a good enough coach, and in those moments, attend a class, reach out to an iNLP member or a coaching buddy; above all, never stop and just keep going.

Hope Bundrant: Where can students find you online?

Lia:  Currently, you can connect with me on linkedin.com/in/lia-bartsocas. From April 27, you can also find me at pivottoaction.com
