We don’t act on reality, we act on what we believe about it. Belief-Out Framing is a dynamic NLP-informed approach that helps coaches support clients in identifying, observing, and transforming the limiting beliefs that silently shape their actions and self-image.
In this 60-minute session, you’ll explore how to guide clients in stepping outside of rigid thought patterns, seeing beliefs as editable stories rather than fixed truths. Through reflective exercises and demonstration, you’ll learn how to use this technique to surface empowering alternatives and help clients reclaim agency over their inner narratives.
Part 1 in the series:
In this 60-minute session, we will discuss topics like automatic thought loops and how to begin to recognize the resulting behavior, emotions, and thoughts. We will also look at how self-talk and narrative shape behavior with the formation (and persistence) of the inner critic.
Part 2 in the series:
In this 60-minute session, we will dive into the concept of memory and emotion. We will discuss how a “memory” isn’t actually a memory, how we restructure emotional memories, and why distorted recall can impact beliefs and behaviors. We will then tie that back to the concepts from the first webinar to see how they impact and influence one another.
Part 3 in the series:
In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn to see patterns as a form of self-preservation (and not punishment or “self-sabotage”). We will also relate this concept back to the first two webinars to see how it is impacted by or influences the memory loop and the identity engine.
Part 4 in the series:
In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn how beliefs can show up in the body, psychosomatic expressions, and how body cues can help identify unresolved loops. Wrapping it up with a summary of how all four topics blend together to create the physical, emotional, and behavioral reality you experience.
