Founded in 2011, iNLP Center was the first training center to successfully bring neuro-linguistic programming to the online format. Through its unique combination of blended, self-paced learning and challenging offline activities, iNLP Center has the formula for effective, yet affordable training.

With a combined 150+ years in life coaching, NLP, and personal development experience, our staff is committed to providing you the guidance and opportunity to learn in a convenient, online format. Once enrolled, you’ll have training and support for life. We’re real people who care about your needs and goals.

iNLP Center has grown into an international training with students from over 70 countries. Our student body is diverse in culture and experience. They learn not just from us, but from each other. Our customized training format allows our students the ability to connect with fellow students all over the world, accessing unlimited practice partners and networking connections.

As a coach education provider, the iNLP Center mission is to teach life coaching principles and contribute to a global shift in consciousness that will allow humanity to progress beyond our existential challenges. While this may seem impossible to some, it is the only mission that makes sense to us.

Our learning philosophy emphasizes choice and accountability. We believe every trained coach has something unique to offer. Part of the training journey for coaches is to discover and choose their own niche and individual coaching style while remaining accountable to the ethics and core competencies branded by ICF as the gold standard of coaching.

Hope Bundrant, PCC
CEO & Center Director

Hope Bundrant is an accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering others to achieve their full potential.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from California State University, Fullerton, and postgraduate education at Harvard Business School, Hope brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and personal development expertise to her endeavors.

Hope’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through in her establishment of the iNLP Center, which has become a leading provider of NLP training and life coaching certification programs. She is also the former owner of Healthy Times Newspaper, an educational journal that served as a platform for health practitioners to share their expertise with readers worldwide.

Hope Bundrant’s dedication to empowering others is evident in her work. She is a beacon of inspiration for those seeking to transform their lives and achieve their dreams, as she truly believes anyone can create the life they want by breaking through their limiting beliefs and living in their core self.

In her free time, Hope enjoys sailing, tennis, and new adventures.


Stephen McVey, PCC
Director of Education

With over 35 years in Education and Business leadership, Steve’s passion is to assist others to achieve both personal and professional success. After 19 years as a high school teacher and team leader, he retired to build and run his own Vocational Education and Training company.

Having learned that powerful and engaging communication skills are paramount to success, he now works to deliver strategies and techniques to assist that growth in others, by focusing on both the internal dialogue within ourselves and our external communications with others. It is his belief that understanding and mastering NLP is the cornerstone to this success.

Fabiola Giraldo, PCC

Fabiola Giraldo has been curious and passionate about human psychology and development for many years. Her interests include Eastern and Western systems of personal transformation. Since 2006, she has been working with people who seek her services in order to manage stress, gain deeper self-understanding, and find greater peace and joy. Her professional credentials include a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Certificate in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy, Professional Reiki Training, and an NLP Trainer Certificate.

Fabiola teaches the Mindfulness Practitioner Course at the iNLP Center, where she serves as an NLP Life Coaching online session leader. Prior to that, Fabiola worked in Puerto Rico as a licensed psychotherapist. She relocated to Asheville, North Carolina in the summer of 2018, together with her son, husband, and dog. She currently works as an NLP Life Coach, Hypnosis Practitioner, and Reiki Facilitator at her Stress Management Studio. Fabiola is fluent in both English and Spanish.  She comes from a culturally diverse family and has lived and traveled in different parts of the world. Fabiola is also the director of the iNLP Center Spanish Training Center.

Rafael Rocha, PCC

Rafael is located in Paraná, Brasil. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and specializing in higher education teaching at the Faculdade Assis Gurgacz, Rafael spent a period acting as an entrepreneur in different branches. Having taken personal development courses he began to create tools that helped people achieve goals. His goal was to help his friends and family, he did not imagine that years later he would improve his tools by studying Coaching and NLP. Rafael has already helped thousands of people change their attitudes and find out what really matters to be happy. Rafael earned his NLP Trainer’s certificate at iNLP Center is now the director of the iNLP Center’s Portuguese online training center.

Christine Leclerc-Sherling, PCC, PhD

With over 20 years of experience as an organizational psychologist and psychology professor,  Christine has over 4000 hours coaching executives in the tech industry. Christine’s passions are in posttraumatic growth and neurodiversity: trauma is her academic specialization and neurodiversity, her daily family life. Christine has a strong cross-cultural background: Americano-Franco-Swiss, she studied humanitarian assistance (MS) in the Netherlands, collected her dissertation data (PhD) in South Africa, and lives now in Switzerland with her three children after having lived over 15 years in the state of Georgia, USA.

When not coaching, counseling, training, or supervising, Christine enjoys the simple Swiss life in the mountains, the rivers and lakes, and everything outdoorsy.

Brian Holbach, PCC

Brian brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set from his role as a life, business, and mental health coach to the INLP Center. With a robust entrepreneurial background, Brian specializes in working closely with business owners, leveraging his firsthand understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with navigating the business world. He is deeply committed to serving the students at the INLP Center and sees himself as a catalyst for their growth and development.

Beyond his coaching endeavors, Brian is passionate about maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Fitness plays a significant role in his routine, reflecting his dedication to holistic well-being. In addition to his professional and fitness pursuits, Brian actively raises children, embodying his commitment to personal and familial growth. One of his favorite quotes encapsulates his coaching philosophy: “When there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm.” This sentiment underscores his belief in the power of self-awareness and resilience in overcoming external challenges. As a valued member of the INLP Center team, Brian brings a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and a genuine desire to empower individuals on their personal and professional journeys.

Kristine Jackson, LCSW, PCC

Kristine’s dedication to mental health began with academic excellence. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, she moved to California and became a Clinical Supervisor for therapeutic programs.

For the past two decades, Kristine has immersed herself in the field of trauma. She served as the Clinical Director of various mental health programs, most recently at Onsite. Her expertise has also been featured on several podcasts and on Youtube.

Beyond clinical work, Kristine is the author of the book “Be You: Using Pinball Wonder“, which was recently selected by Barnes and Noble for a book tour.

When not guiding therapists or inspiring audiences, Kristine cherishes time with her husband and dog, preferably soaking up the sunshine with sandy toes near the ocean.

Carilyn Moisan, CCHt, CTHt

Carilyn is a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with over 20 years and over 500 intensive hours of state-certified hands-on hypnotherapy training, hundreds of hours of research, and a vast array of client experiences to help educate students.

It was when she hit the lowest point in her life when the guilt of post-partum depression had gotten too much to bear, hypnotherapy was her saving grace. It was from that moment that she realized how truly powerful it was, and it became her passion to help others experience that same liberation and empowerment.

When she is not with clients and students, her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her husband and their two boys. They enjoy hiking the NC mountains, fishing, playing with their dogs, riding their Harley, and taking road trips. She personally enjoys crafting, gardening, fitness, and spends a lot of her time reading anything she can get her hands on about Milton Erickson.

Jean O’Toole, PCC

Jean O’Toole is a Certified NLP Integrated Master Coach, professional life designer, and entrepreneur. Jean empowers clients to courageously connect with their best and highest version of themselves and design paths to fully awakened lives. Her ability to compassionately challenge individuals to expand their vision of what is possible has ignited transformational growth and increased life balance for her clients. She joyfully guides people to craft their unique future life chapters powerfully. Jean deeply values and honors the journey her clients bravely travel, and she enthusiastically celebrates their milestone victories with them.

Early in her career, she served as Vice President of a national entertainment firm and helped launch and direct new talent careers into television, film, Broadway, and the world of high fashion. She left her executive role to build her first of many future businesses. She is a driven business builder, and her multiple businesses have helped thousands of individuals in their education and wellness goals. Jean is an award-winning speaker and best-selling author, and over 150,000 people have attended her presentations designed to empower individuals to take action in their lives. She has been featured in U.S. News and World Report, Fox Business, College Confidential, and CollegeXpress. She has appeared on BOLD-TV and has been a guest on numerous podcasts and radio shows worldwide.

Zayd Khoury, PCC

Zayd Khoury was born and raised in the US but has lived and worked in Europe and Asia (China, Kuwait, Singapore) since 2005. A fluent Mandarin speaker with a degree in Chinese Law from SOAS and an MBA from INSEAD, Zayd pivoted from senior leadership roles in the tech and finance industry to find his true calling as an investor, startup advisor, and executive coach in 2018 and is based in Cambridge, MA.

Zayd’s focus areas are executive and life transition coaching, and he helps clients become more effective leaders and skillfully design new chapters of their professional/personal lives. He works as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at Harvard Business School Executive Education programs supporting high achievers become more conscious leaders.

Zayd has 500+ hours of coaching experience; he is an NLP Practitioner and Master, a Certified Life Coach, and a Life purpose coach. Zayd is also a Coactive Coach, has completed Level 1 at the Gottman Institute of Relationships, and is an ORSC (team and relationship coach). He has a Masters of Psychology in Business and Economics at Universidade Católica Portuguesa while running his coaching practice, Toward Coaching, with his life/business partner.

A core part of his belief system is contribution and a responsibility toward others. He was a founding Board Member of the College of William and Mary’s Asian Pacific-Islander Middle Eastern, mentor with Open Door Policy, career coach at Organization for Autism Research, and a volunteer coach at the Humanitarian Coaching Network.

Jeremy Sycks, PCC

Jeremy Sycks has worked in operations management as well as retail and business sales for over 25 years. He has worked diligently toward developing students, coworkers, customers, and clients through cooperative leadership and teamwork. His constant hunger for self-improvement and the improvement of others led him to become an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and NLP Trainer. Jeremy also shares a deep passion for helping others with their grief with his personal grief coaching.

Jeremy teaches the NLP Sales Practitioner Course as well as runs the grief coaching program “How to cope with the loss of a loved one” at the iNLP Center. He hosts the podcast “Believe Build Conquer” which is his personal philosophy that he lives by. Jeremy is married with a daughter and resides in Ohio U.S.A.

Shahar Sharif, PCC

Shahar Sharif is a dedicated Egyptian-American life coach specializing in relationships and personal growth. With a diverse background that includes medical analysis and enterprenuership, Shahar brings a unique perspective to her coaching practice.

Shahar’s extensive certifications in NLP, Life Coaching, and Mental Health Coaching, demonstrate her commitment to providing exceptional guidance. Her 500+ hours of hands-on training, coupled with extensive research and client experience, equip her to address a wide range of challenges.

Shahar believes that happiness is a byproduct of self-awareness, breaking free from limiting beliefs, and actively shaping one’s life and relationships. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of conscious love and the power of self-awareness and flexibility. Ben Pages, PCC

Ben is a seasoned marketing trainer at the iNLP Center. With over ten years in digital marketing, he helps businesses grow with minimal resources. His teaching is practical and hands-on, making complex strategies easy to understand and apply.

Born in France, Ben has lived on three continents and speaks five languages. He holds a degree in marketing and music from Austin, TX, and now resides in the Czech Republic.

Ben is also a certified life coach. He works with high performers and athletes, helping them set goals, build resilience, and achieve peak performance. His passion for sports like surfing, tennis, squash, and martial arts fuels his understanding of discipline, growth, and continuous learning.

Marco Decandia Brocca, PCC
Italian NLP, Life Coach, and Business Coach Trainer

Marco has completed his studies in Social Sciences with a Master in Business Administration. After serving in the Navy, over the past twenty years, he has developed his career as a Business Coach and Management Consultant, working with Entrepreneurs and Executives in Italy and abroad. His first contact with NLP dates back to the late eighties when he also started practicing mnemotechnics. His main professional goal is to help people reach their full potential. Marco is a trainer and director of iNLP Center Italia.

Jackie Carbajal, VIP
Center Administrator

A highly motivated customer service specialist, she brings a wealth of experience and a comprehensive skill set dedicated to resolving customer complaints and championing conflict resolution. Her leadership journey includes a significant role as a Customer Service Manager, where she honed her skills in guiding teams to provide exemplary service. Known for being a builder of strong and trusting relationships, she exhibits a deep commitment to enhancing customer experiences. Beyond her customer service prowess, her expertise extends into the realms of marketing, encompassing proficiency in Google AdWords, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.

Outside the professional sphere, her passions are diverse and reflect a love for art, animals, and the great outdoors. Whether immersed in creative pursuits, spending time with animals, or enjoying the natural world, she finds inspiration and rejuvenation. A social butterfly at heart, she relishes the opportunity to make new friends, fostering connections that enrich both personal and professional aspects of her life.
