iNLP Center is committed to equal opportunity for all students and all staff.

It is our policy that no one shall be treated differently, separately, or have any action directly affecting him or her taken on the basis of race, religion, national origin, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability where a person is otherwise qualified or could be with reasonable accommodation.

The immediate remedy for any act of discrimination shall be to end it, treat the individual equally, and, as much as practically possible, to eradicate any effects of discrimination. Discipline should be imposed where appropriate.

Discrimination and Diversity

We seek to provide a safe space for students from a range of diversities, including age, ability, neurotypicality, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, ethnicity, race, religion, educational status, socioeconomic status, marital status, and veteran status. We appreciate the unique perspectives our students bring to our training and share through their reports, interactions, and live sessions.

Any students who feel they have been marginalized in any way, either by our center staff or other students are encouraged to notify us so we can take appropriate action.

Student Code of Conduct

In the event that an enrolled student behaves inappropriately in any of the iNLP Center platforms, he or she may be given a warning. If the inappropriate conduct continues, the student may be denied access to any and all iNLP Center materials and communication platforms. Denial of access for this reason is not a basis for a refund.

iNLP Center staff considers all student complaints regarding the conduct of trainers and other students. In event of a legitimate complaint by any student, the offending party may be offered a warning before removal from iNLP Center platforms.

AI Generated Reports

AI generated reports are strictly prohibited. If a student’s report is identified as AI generated the student will receive one warning and the opportunity to resubmit their report. Continued use of AI technology to create reports will result in the student’s removal from iNLP Center and no refunds will be provided.

Accommodations for the Disabled

It is our goal to provide training to anyone seeking to help others through a career in coaching, no matter their disability. iNLP Center provides accommodations as needed for all students and prospective students are encouraged to ask if what accommodations are available to them. We provide a variety of ways to access the training material including audios for the blind, written transcripts for the deaf, closed captioning on all videos and live Zoom sessions. As we are strictly an online training, we do not provide in-person physical accommodations.

Additionally, we provide reasonable accommodations for non-native English speakers and writers.
