Jenn Selcho graduated from the NLP Life Coach and Master Coach programs. She found her coaching niche by working with successful executives and entrepreneurs who want to optimize their work-life balance and achieve their personal goals.
She helps clients clarify their values, streamline their workdays, and have more time for themselves and their loved ones. Let’s learn more about Jenn.
Hope: Please tell our readers which courses you have taken at the iNLP Center.
Jenn: I have taken the iNLP Life Coach and Master Coach training courses.
Hope: What’s your coaching niche?
Jenn: I am a High-Performance Executive Coach. I work with successful executives and entrepreneurs who want to optimize their work lives and achieve the life they desire. Clients not only gain clarity on what they truly value but learn to release what is not essential.
As their workday becomes streamlined, their schedules open up so they have more time to spend taking care of themselves, enjoying closer relationships, and having fun. I help clients to have more courageous conversations and to gain the confidence to ask for what they want and deserve. They focus energy on their life’s purpose rather than the busywork of someone else’s agenda.
Hope: How is your success now, and how close is your niche to your initial coaching vision?
Jenn: My biggest success is that I have found great fulfillment in my coaching career, and it has profoundly influenced every area of my life. I continue to expand my practice. I have increased my private clients and live classes. I am currently building online classes and connections with executive teams.
I initially thought I would work with college-aged students as I enjoyed my time at a college teaching and working in Sports Medicine. But when executives and entrepreneurs (including coaches) were the ones coming to me, I shifted focus. I get energized when I see clients unlock a new level they did not previously imagine. I love how coaching speeds up the process of success!
Hope: What’s a tip you can give to current students?
Jenn: Fully participate in the iNLP Community! In live classes, you can receive coaching and see the masterful instructors in action. The instructors take a real interest in you as a student but also as a peer in the coaching world.
Get to know your classmates too! We worked together to complete homework assignments and continue to build each other up by sharing resources to build our businesses.
I have talked to many coaches who received training from other programs. I do not think any compare to iNLP. Not only did the classes and mentoring prepare me to pass the ICF exam on the first attempt, but I also found that the power of NLP is life-changing. I use several NLP techniques in my coaching practice. NLP enables clients to think differently or have different perspectives that open up new resources. I will continue to attend live classes to further master the techniques. Join me!
Hope: Where can students find you online?
