1. You don’t know how.
In other words, you lack the right information about healthy diet and exercise that ensures weight loss over time.
2. You know how to lose weight, but…
You sabotage your success. In this case, you already know what to do and may have succeeded many times, only to return to old habits.
This is self-sabotage.
Self-sabotage is when you become your own worst enemy. You wittingly or unwittingly do the opposite what what would make you happy, slender and successful.
1. You know the right diet and exercise program for you, but lack motivation or long-term discipline.
2. You find yourself “not caring anymore” at certain times of the day.
3. You criticize yourself or tell yourself you can’t do it, or that it’s not worth it.
4. You suddenly give up on your weight loss plan for no apparent reason.
5. You “fear” being thin and healthy, because your current state is more familiar.
If so, I’d like to give you a copy of my recently published book about self-sabotage. I won’t ask for anything in return, not even your email address. At the bottom of this page is a link. Click it and you will find yourself reading my book!
The book is called, Your Achilles Eel: Discover and Overcome the Hidden Source of Negativity, Bad Decisions and Self-Sabotage. This is not a conventional book. Over the years, I have found that most conventional models of dealing with self-sabotage fall hopelessly short of the real issue.
In fact, conventional personal development models do not even touch the real problems that plague almost everyone.
People who learn how to DIG DEEPER, therefore, have a huge advantage. These are the folks who, over time, develop genuine confidence, discipline, success and authenticity in their lives.
It is entirely possible to overcome self-sabotage, no matter how frustrated and hopeless you may feel. In fact, your weight loss efforts depend upon it.
It requires, however, a perspective that you have never taken before. And that’s what this book is all about.
I am a former counselor and practicing life coach. My thinking is that if this book helps you, then you might want to hire me at some point along the way.
It’s that simple.
Of course, there is no obligation on your part and a good chance you’ll never need my help. In that case, I’ll be thrilled and hope you’ll spread the word.
Remember, if you need education about nutrition and exercise in order to lose weight, you are in the wrong place.
This is not a weight loss book. It’s a book that teaches you how to resolve self-sabotage once and for all. With the right perspective, overcoming self-sabotage is not complicated (at all). It boils down to something surprising, yet very simple.
If so, just click on the link below, then you will be instantly directed to the PDF version of the book. (If you want it on Kindle, then you’ll have to go to Amazon to buy it.)
That’s all there is to it.
I am not asking for your email address and won’t be following up with you. If my book gives you a major AHA moment, then I encourage you to apply the included formula to your situation in life. And if you ever need help in your progression, you know where to find me.
I hope you enjoy my book. Two years of effort and 10,000 pages of research went into it. Amazingly, it is less than 50 pages long. Every word counts. And I guarantee you’ve never read another book like it.
