What Does NLP have to do with your Health?

More than you can imagine.

Beneath every lifestyle related medical condition is a core problem: chronic stress. Unhealthy stress is so serious that it can literally take your life, and always does if allowed to persist.

The Mayo Clinic has the following to say about stress:

The long-term activation of the stress-response system — and the subsequent overexposure to cortisol and other stress hormones — can disrupt almost all your body’s processes.

Disrupt: to cause disorder or turmoil; to destroy normal continuance or unity of; to break apart.

This just in from your brain: Please excuse this disruption in service due to an overload of our circuitry. Once the onslaught of chronic stress is managed, normal functioning will continue. Please stand by…

Chronic stress and its effect on your brain and organ systems is not a joke, unfortunately. Stress has been positively linked to every major family of diseases, including the big three: heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Managing stress, reducing it and learning to live stress-free can not only help manage and even turn around disease, but prevent it from happening.

The iNLP Center courses focus on the underlying stress factors that play a major role in the onset and proliferation of the major diseases. No program is intended to diagnose, prescribe for or cure and disease, or serve as a substitute for proper medical care.
