Chronic stress and its effect on your brain and organ systems is not a joke, unfortunately. Stress has been positively linked to every major family of diseases, including the big three: heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Managing stress, reducing it and learning to live stress-free can not only help manage and even turn around disease, but prevent it from happening.
