Learning NLP Online – Students’ Top Concerns

The convenience and affordability of learning NLP online are undeniable. Yet, is it just as effective as learning NLP in a classroom setting?

The iNLP Center has been training NLP students online since 2011. We’ve learned a lot about how to do it well. Here are some of the top concerns we and students have had over the years – and how we handle them.

Top Concerns of Students about Learning NLP Online

I don’t have anyone to practice with.

The iNLP Center trains roughly 1000 students annually, from over 60 countries. We include our Coaching Buddies program which matches you with other students to work with. Additionally, you will also be invited to participate in our Practice Partners Facebook group where you can invite other students to work with you. We are an active community of NLP students, coaches and trainers. When enrolling with us, you are a part of our community!

What if I get stuck and don’t understand the study material?

Your success is our goal. This is why we provide access to your trainers as often as you need it. Through our weekly live sessions, student Facebook group, and Student Dashboard, you can get the help you need as you move through the course. You can also chat with us through the icon at the bottom right of your screen.

What if I have technical issues?

Again, we are here to help! Just call or email us, or go on the site and open a chat with us. We respond to tech issues quickly so you can get back to work!

After I register, can I talk to a trainer?

You can talk to a trainer anytime, for any reason. You will have access to your trainers during your live sessions, which you can attend multiple times per week. You can also email your trainers as needed. If you have questions now, you can also call us at (951) 428-4264. We’d love to hear from you.

5. Will I be left to learn on my own?

Absolutely not, unless you want to of course. Because our trainings are self-paced, you will be working on your own but you can also attend as many live sessions as you like, where you will work directly with your trainer and other students.

Can I really learn NLP effectively online?

We’ve discovered over the years that learning NLP online is the preferred method of learning when the integration of skills is your primary goal. Here’s why:

You’ll learn at your own pace. When YOU have understood the current NLP method, you’ll move on to the next.

You’ll learn NLP in the context of your own life. Ultimately NLP is not that valuable as an intellectual pursuit. The real benefits come from applying it. Not from applying NLP in a training room (although that may be part of the learning process). The real advantage of NLP comes from using it in your day-to-day life.

When you learn and practice NLP in your day-to-day life, the integration happens as you learn!

Through our Psyche Builders and Stealth Missions, you will be required to apply the material to your own personal development and practice it with people in your everyday life – your family, friends, co-workers. This process of learning then applying is the most effective way to learn NLP and have it really stick!

Once you do these activities, you’ll report on them on your online portal. We’ll review them and provide feedback so you know if you’re on the right track or are missing something. Then, you don’t move on until you really feel that you’ve got it!

Not to mention, you can attend the weekly live sessions to ask questions and get help learning the different techniques!

How long will I have access to the material?

Because you are learning online, you will continue to have access to all your training material, even after you complete the course. The great thing about this is that if you forget or need a refresher anytime, we are right here for you. Our live sessions continue to be accessible even after you’ve completed your training!
